My new 2019 QX50 I went in for an oil change on my 2017 QX50. Instead of an oil change, I went home with my new 2019 QX50, my Suzy Q as I call her. This is my second car purchase from INFINITI of Birmingham. Everyone at INFINITI of Birmingham was great to work with: Mark Mitchell, Ron Durler, Kyle Roberts, etc. My Sales Consultant, Jeff Roquet, went out of his way to find “the” car for me! I don’t know how everything works yet; but, I already LOVE it. It gives me the room I need without being too large, auto lift cargo door and the ride is so smooth!! Can you tell that I am very happy and pleased with my “oil change”! Ha! Thank you, Jeff Roquet! More
