Good experience buying a used car. I bought a used Volvo from this dealership. The process was easy and the car was clean and in excellent condition for the age and mileage. There was I bought a used Volvo from this dealership. The process was easy and the car was clean and in excellent condition for the age and mileage. There was an issue with the car that I missed during the test drive but the dealership was responsive in trying to diagnose the issue even though not Volvo experts. They checked as best they could then recommended I take it to the Volvo dealership in their group. They even called ahead to let them know I was coming. The car was repaired without any issues with costs from either dealership. Overall a good experience and would consider this dealership again for an Infiniti. Bill Harris was great throughout the entire purchase and repair process, and the service department was very helpful even though the car was not an Infiniti. More

He was super helpful over the phone and was able to give me quotes/deals promptly and we decided not to even look at the dealer that was like 5min walking distance from home. Unfortunately we were unable to meet him when we got to the dealer late at night after work but he got us in contact with Rishi who went above and beyond to help close the deal. From letting us test drive the vehicle we were interested to going over features and the overall process of purchasing a car, there was not once that we felt as though we weren’t taken care of. Both Gary and Rishi are fantastic at what they do but even better people in general and it made the whole horror of buying a new car actually quite satisfying/uplifting. Would highly recommend the dealership but also these 2 gentlemen for anyone looking to buy a new Infiniti. More

She really worked hard to make sure I got the best deal at the end of the day. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for their next vehicle to stop at this location to experience an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Joe (manager) and Jacob (Finance) were very knowledgeable and polite with great attention to detail. If you are in the market for a new vehicle stop in and make sure to ask for Katty (sales). More
Missing CPO Parts and Follow-up Sucks! I am an out of state customer and I recently purchased a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) 2018 Q70 5.6X back in mid October 2018. The sales transaction was I am an out of state customer and I recently purchased a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) 2018 Q70 5.6X back in mid October 2018. The sales transaction was fast and painless and I received the car in about a week. I initially dealt with Gary Muller and he was super to work with and the transaction was closed with Hani Ashkar. Upon receiving the car I noticed the drivers side floor mat that came with the car doesn't fit and is for a QX70 (not for my Q70) and also missing the cupholder insert. I contacted Hani Ashkar and he assured me he would get the items ordered and shipped to me. Fast forward to today 12/5/18 and I am still waiting for the incorrect/missing parts. I have been messaging Hani with no responses. I finally reached back out to Gary on 11/21 asking if Hani was still employed since there was not a single response from Hani. Gary talked to Hani and he said they are ordering the parts, this was 2 weeks ago. I messaged Hani again today 12/5/18 and still no response, so I felt compelled to review my experience with Clarendon Hills Infiniti & Hani Ashkar. Happy to give more stars if I haven't been given the silent treatment. In my opinion a vehicle that is a CPO should come with all its parts. More
