Steve made the buying experience, which can be long and tedious, enjoyable. He was very patient with us as we test drove many vehicles and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always professional and courteous. Jake and Garrett did a great job walking us through the financial aspect of the purchase experience. Jalin was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of the many, many features of the car and offered his assistance if we needed any further explanations or assistance with accessorizing the car. Phenomenal Car Buying Experience............ Thanks to Steven, a casual car shopping experience resulted in the purchase of a vehicle I only dreamed about, the QX50. I've been in the market for a Thanks to Steven, a casual car shopping experience resulted in the purchase of a vehicle I only dreamed about, the QX50. I've been in the market for a new vehicle for a while, gone to several dealerships and test driven a few cars but nothing spoke to me. My daughter convinced me to go to the Clarendon Hills Infiniti dealership to "simply look". However... while visiting the show room, I commented "this car (QX50) makes me happy". And from that causal encounter, Steven and I engaged in conversation that made ownership of the vehicle a reality. I found Steven to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very hands on and patient. Most importantly he welcomes questions, addresses concerns and has proven to be consistent with follow-up care after the purchase and beyond. My experience with Steven was awesome; so much so, that I've recommended this dealership and Steven to several neighbors who've expressed interest in purchasing a new vehicle.
