Peter, Joe, and Anna were all very friendly and accommodating to my service needs as well as my interest in trading in my G37 with them. Stopped by unannounced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it might take an hour and a half. My car was done in a little over an hour and it was washed too! rotation. I was having issues with my car. I called the dealer and spoke to Anna, she advised me to contact Infiniti Roadside. I ended up having it towed into the dealer. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Anna spoke to Anna, she advised me to contact Infiniti Roadside. I ended up having it towed into the dealer. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Anna who handled everything very quickly and correctly. :-) She even had a loaner car ready and waiting. I received a call later that day from Anna letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick up and what they had done to repair it (all under warranty). With the exception of having to get anything done to my vehicle, I was PLEASED to go there and be greeted in such a welcoming manner. Thank you Anna and Infiniti of Clarendon Hills!! More

I relocated my Infiniti M35x from NJ about 6 months ago. Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is the closest to where I live, and it came highly recommended by my neighbor. I have worked with Mike and Fred (Service Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is the closest to where I live, and it came highly recommended by my neighbor. I have worked with Mike and Fred (Service Advisors) and would rate their service a 12, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. Both treat me like I purchases my car at their dealership. I trust their advise on anything that needs to be fixed. On a recent visit, I was convinced that I needed new brakes. Mike told me to wait since I have more time on the brake pads. I have never been to any dealership where they advised against work. I trust these guys. The entire staff at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills offers help. I'm sure to buy my next car there. More

When we decided to buy Infiniti JX35 we immediately decided to find the best dealer in the whole country to get the best buying experience and we did find one and that is Infiniti Clarendon Hills. The moment we stepped into the showroom its world class facility. The Sales managers like Jeff Walker and Bill Mularkey received us with wonderful reception. We also had a chance to meet Peter (the owner) who was the primary reason for buying our car from them. He helped us tremendously in our decision to buy our JX from them. Every staff at this facility are professionals and are very confident group with vast knowledge. It was pleasure buying our JX and we are very happy about this. We are enjoying our JX on our everyday ride. Without a second thought i would highly rate them and recommend them to our friends and family. More

This is my first infiniti jx35 service which i bought from the same dealership. The service took only an hour from the time i dropped the car and picked it up. The service was to do oil change with other inspections recommended by the dealer. Tony was truly proffessional and very friendly and helpful. This dealership has a great website that allows to book your service appointments online beforehand. I would highly rate this dealership for both sales and services. The dealership facility is also one of the best with all ameneties for customers to relax while their service is being done. Im glad i chose this dealership to buy the car and also do the services. Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in to buy a car. Sales rep was my friend for well over 7 years. I see this 2008 BMW 535xi in the Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in to buy a car. Sales rep was my friend for well over 7 years. I see this 2008 BMW 535xi in the lot. He tells me it passed there inspection. I said ok I'll buy it. I did not even turn the car on. This is how much I trusted the guy. 2 weeks later the car says low engine oil level. I take it to BMW dealer and here we go $12000 recommended repairs. Major thing is engine oil leak and transfer case repair both are a must to repair ASAP . I go back to the dealer. My ex friend does not pick up my phone call; so I ask who is in charges I meet the manager and I tell him what is going on with the car. He says make an appointment with service and we will see what we will do I say but engine oil is leaking I do not feel comfortable driving it he says ok will get you a loaner and check the car for you. This takes 2 hours to be done. A week later they call me and say we will not do anything to the car you bought it as is The parts cost are $95 from BMW dealer I said ok I'll pay the $95 and you fix the car and they say no we will not So be very careful if you consider buying from this dealership More
