"Worth the Trip" We came from Richton Park,IL to purchase our QX60 last June from Bill Mullarkey, " Great Guy". When ever I need service he's the reason I don't hesitate to make the trip back to Clarendon Hills dealership. He'll make sure the staff will take good care of us. We had a issue with our QX60. He and the used car manager explained clearly how to solve the problem and made recommendations. They went out of there way to make me comfortable and even offer a carwash. Fanatic experience with the service department I purchased my used vehicle there a few years back, it's not even an Infiniti but I continue to bring it in for service because of their proven track I purchased my used vehicle there a few years back, it's not even an Infiniti but I continue to bring it in for service because of their proven track record of honesty and quality repairs. My last visit was no exception. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed, the necessary repairs were explained to me thoroughly as I'm not particularly mechanically inclined, and options were given as to how to proceed from that point. I never felt pressured, or overly concerned with indecipherable shop talk, and once the repairs were complete the car drove without any issues. Will be going back there whenever needed. More
