This dealership is a nightmare. Front Collison sensor light turned on immediately after I drove it off the lot. Notified them and sent pics immediately. They said they would fix it. Nearly 3 months later and it still has not been fixed. It has been one excuse after another. When they inspected the car they removed the front bumper and did not secure it properly to save themselves some time because they still had to fix the issue. They allowed me to drive it like that for weeks with out notifying me that the bumper was not secured. It completely fell off as I was backing out of my parking spot at work. I can never get a hold of anyone. Bauti never answered another call or text after the sale. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else! They also tried to get me to help them to commit fraud. They wanted me to tell my warranty the light turned on weeks after I bought it so they would not have to be responsible. They are not honest and only care about the sale. Forget about them helping you after they have collected your money. Will never do business with them again. Extremely disappointed. Upgrading my review of this dealership from 1 star to 3. After I expressed my disappointment Peter stepped in and my vehicle was fixed in less than 24 hours! I received a loaner to get home that evening and by the next morning my car was ready to be picked up. Car is performing beautifully and I am extremely happy with it. However, it never should have been this difficult to get something minor repaired. More
