I don't typically take time to leave reviews but this was, by far, one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a really long time! This purchase was a special one because I finally getting my f was, by far, one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a really long time! This purchase was a special one because I finally getting my first luxury vehicle and it was a big decision to chose the QX60. I will say, Joel (and Janine) were key in my decision making process. When Joel realized that the QX60 that I had on placed a deposit on was delayed and would not arrive by the estimated date, he placed me at the top of the priority list for the next one that became available. He made sure that I was able to have my truck for my birthday! Joel was just very easy to work with. He was friendly, funny, took his time with my husband and I, and sent lots of pictures to help make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He also stayed late to make sure that he was able to show me all the features of my new truck before letting me leave the lot! I highly recommend this dealership. Vince and Stan were also great! More

I’ve been to this dealer since before it became Zeigler, and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I left with their loaner having gas filled halfway. Antwan , service rep, let me know to make sure the gas was filled halfway upon return or I would get charged the airport rate, and I agreed. Once home, my wife and I noticed our vehicle had scratches on the passenger side door. I also was looking at the charges and noticed that I was charged a couple days later for not filling the gas tank up to 5/8; which I was confused about since I had been explicitly told to do it halfway, the way I received it. Not only do I now have scratches on my black suv, but I am also getting charged extra for not filling it up to 5/8 of the way. I made sure to fill my tank to the level at which I received the vehicle and to the level I was instructed to do so. I have already called their department and was told there is nothing that can be done. I am extremely disappointed in their service since I have been a customer since I originally purchased the vehicle from Motor Werks. I hope to get this resolved soon. More
