This is the cleanest most refined dealership ive been to and I have been to many. The staff are really over the top professional and helpful. It wasn’t great . I had clean car loaner for 2 weeks while the dealership was waiting for my at battery. Car is running smooth and pay was on a high side. But manager applied $135 discount. I bought my car in for its 185k service and the mechanic fortunately found bearings for one wheel needed to be replaced, which was a relief to hear given the possible down side of missing that problem and h fortunately found bearings for one wheel needed to be replaced, which was a relief to hear given the possible down side of missing that problem and having a bigger problem down the road. Sebastian helped me the entire time and took copious time to help me understand the engineering marvel that is the modern SUV. He and my mechanic gave me great tips on how to keep my car running for another 100K. I cannot thank them enough and I recommend them and the entire team at Infiniti of Hoffman very highly!
