I had done my fair share of homework prior to going. I was a bit nervous about the games many car dealers play but was delightfully surprised to have dealt with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Joel Gappa was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and honest, Maria and Duane were incredibly friendly and Joe found me a great rate. With that said, I felt that Joe Vallejo attempted to pressure me way too much to purchase a superfluous warranty and seemed more like a used car salesman than the used car salesmen. For that reason, I'm giving him 2 stars. More
