I had an amazing experience from the moment I stepped foot in the dealership. I didn't have an appointed but was greeted immediately with a warm smile and after I confirmed I was shopping for a new Vehic foot in the dealership. I felt so lucky to have randomly been assigned Alec as my advisor. We hit it off right away with his disarming, polite and friendly approach.
