I’ve been to this dealer since before it became Zeigler, and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I and was Motor Werks, and have had great service up until my last visit. I left my Infiniti QX80 for 5 days to get serviced, and had a replacement. I left with their loaner having gas filled halfway. Antwan , service rep, let me know to make sure the gas was filled halfway upon return or I would get charged the airport rate, and I agreed. Once home, my wife and I noticed our vehicle had scratches on the passenger side door. I also was looking at the charges and noticed that I was charged a couple days later for not filling the gas tank up to 5/8; which I was confused about since I had been explicitly told to do it halfway, the way I received it. Not only do I now have scratches on my black suv, but I am also getting charged extra for not filling it up to 5/8 of the way. I made sure to fill my tank to the level at which I received the vehicle and to the level I was instructed to do so. I have already called their department and was told there is nothing that can be done. I am extremely disappointed in their service since I have been a customer since I originally purchased the vehicle from Motor Werks. I hope to get this resolved soon. More

After being there for two hours I was charged $300 in labor. Plastic surgeons do not make this much hourly. I will not be returning and will service my car elsewhere for cheaper. labor. I waited in a verycomfortable waiting lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks and a smart YV on the wall. It took less than yeo hours..An assistant brought the final inboice and explained to me the work done on my card. Upon my request he also showed me how to navigate some buttons and switches on the dash board. Over all it was a positive experience, all around😀 More
