Reneged on deal On 10/15/18 received an e-mail from salesman Brandon Standifer that price of a car I had test driven month earlier had been reduced to $30,000. I resp On 10/15/18 received an e-mail from salesman Brandon Standifer that price of a car I had test driven month earlier had been reduced to $30,000. I responded I would be interested in making 80 mile drive to dealership, if I could purchase car for $30,000, total. No customary $499 “admin fee” added on. I received a return e-mail from Sales Manager Robert Evenrud stating, “You have a deal at $30,000 out the door. When can you … take delivery?” I responded I would be there between 10 and 11 a.m. on 10/17/18. Proceeded to transfer funds to my checking account and make plans for a trip to KC. On 10/16/18 I checked my e-mails and discovered two from Mr. Evenrud: The first in essence added a contingent that I had a deal only if they could not sell car to someone else. The second advised me that in fact they had sold it to someone else. They had my phone number. If they had asked me, I could have put down earnest money with credit card or even driven in that evening. Shame on Infiniti of Kansas City! More

I was hesitant to make the drive but after my friend said the car great and that the service he received from Brandon Standifer was amazing, I decided to go personally. I was not disappointed at all. Brandon was super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly not pushy at all. I was truly impressed by the service Brandon provided. More

The aesthetics of the showroom combined with the clean cut professionalism of the sales agents and staff, set the stage for what turned out to be a stress free buying experience. We had visited several other dealerships over the course of two weeks looking for the right vehicle and had narrowed down our choices to Cadillac or Infinity. Visiting the dealership brought the debate to a close, Hands down Infinity offered the right mix of product and client services that made our choice a no brainer.
