He drove it himself to see what was going on, then brought it over to the service bay, where they discovered I needed new tires. He recommended a few brands that will work with my budget and driving needs. I felt very welcomed and taken care of me, not hassled at all, Kris even noticed that I was close to needing an oil change, so offered to fit it into our visit!
