Nice Experience at Infiniti We were in search of a nice pre-owned car. I found one that we were interested in on line that was the right price and wanted to take it for a test We were in search of a nice pre-owned car. I found one that we were interested in on line that was the right price and wanted to take it for a test drive. We could not be happier with the way Brady Hames treated us. At no time did we feel pressured for a sale. We pointed out a couple of minor issue that we wanted addressed before picking up the car. Brady took the time to show us that they were fixed. He took the time to show us the features of the car prior to us driving off and said if we have any questions do not hesitate to call. More

Robert had to step in when the initial salesman had to be gone for an extended period of time and took care of me like it was his deal. He responded quickly, helped me negotiate a very fair deal and then helped make the delivery process actually quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership and as a fairly pedantic buyer, he answered every question and made sure a few final details at the sale were handled. He even hand polished the car when it was all said and done. Just an overall outstanding experience, highly recommended and after driving their loaner sedans, there is a good chance I'll be back sooner than later for the next one.
