We purchased a car from INFINITI of KC and really couldn't be happier with the process and the dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. We called ahead and Robert couldn't be happier with the process and the dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. We called ahead and Robert answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Once we arrived, Todd helped us with the sale and we made it clear we were on a tight timeline; he did everything he could to make sure we were out the door on time without feeling rushed. He also followed up in the following days in case anything came up after the fact (it didn't but the follow up calls were appreciated!). John in financing was really great at explaining everything and making sure the details were right as we were trading in a car from a different state. Overall we were super happy with our experience and would definitely buy from them in the future. More
