We are very sorry to learn about your disappointment in your experience so far. Unfortunately, our company policy is to have either the hard copy lien release or title before we are able to pay out the difference of the balance. Bank of America will not email us the lien release they will only verbally tell us and we have to wait until the hard copy comes in the mail in 6-10 business days. We are sorry for any and all of the inconvenience this may cause.
