Great visit in Naperville I was replacing my '13 JX35 with a new QX60 in a specific color, Hegane Blue. My dealer didn't have one to see but I searched and found one at Infini I was replacing my '13 JX35 with a new QX60 in a specific color, Hegane Blue. My dealer didn't have one to see but I searched and found one at Infiniti of Naperville -- a LONG way from my house. I called the dealership and got connected to Dave Dubois. I told Dave that I just wanted to see the color but wouldn't be buying there. After driving to Naperville, my wife and myself were looking through the colors in the QX60 section when Dave came out. He walked through the lot with us patiently pointing out facts about the colors --which were new and which were phased out. We took about 45 minutes out of his day. The level of courtesy and patience he provided is, well, not something I'm used to from car salespeople. I have a lot of family in Chicago's far SW suburbs. When they ask about my new QX60, I will certainly be directing them to Dave. More
