From lease to own I leased my 2016 QX50 in May 2016, Joe Peters was my rep and made the entire process very easy as for this was the first time I've ever leased (have a I leased my 2016 QX50 in May 2016, Joe Peters was my rep and made the entire process very easy as for this was the first time I've ever leased (have always bought). My 39 month lease was up next month (August 2019) and since I still love this car and have only 12,000 miles on it, I decided to buy it at lease end rather than lease again. I called Joe a few weeks in advance...I knew what the residual price would be as per my lease paperwork and there would be no negotiating necessary. I asked Joe to work out all the numbers, tax,title etc and email it to me which he did that same day. I make a appointment with him to finalize the buy and he had some of the paperwork started when I got there. All in all that made two great experiences with Joe, my original lease and now the purchase. Thanks again Joe for the outstanding customer service you provided both times! More
