I worked with Mark Schoeberlein who led me through the sales process, was willing to listen to my key concerns and worked with me on coming to a fair price for my trade in and new 2019 QX. My financing was handled by Matt Murray, who was professional as they come, knowledgable and helpful in coming up with the best program for me. He listened to my goals vis-a-vis financing and helped me come up with right plan. More

The dealership in general has horrible business practices but Randy the salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband is retired US Navy so we came in with our own financing from his credit union. He tried multiple times to get us to finance with one of their "partners" and wasnt interested that we had a check with us. He wasnt interested in selling us anything but a used Infiniti that had severe hood damage. He even suggested that we use a credit card and pay them to buff out the damage. I will never ever recommend this dealership. We ended up going to Berman Infiniti downtown Chicago and purchased a new QX60! More

We explained we were looking at other cars and he thanked us, gave us his card and told us he would be there. We ended up returning and purchased a vehicle. He went to bat for us and got us what we wanted. He walked us through the process and stayed 1.5 hrs past close. We reccomend Mark any dad because he treats you like a person and not a number. Seemless transactions I had to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The staff made me feel like I was right around the corner. Great Experience- I love my QX50 I had only planned to do a test drive and ended up buying a 2019 QX50. I only buy from Carmax because I don’t like high-pressure sales. My intent was to test drive a vehicle then have it shipped from another Carmax location to my location. The car I drove was okay but I wasn’t too thrilled. Our salesman Mark asked if there was something else I’d like to try. He introduced me to the Infiniti QX50 and I was quite impressed! It happened to be my birthday and I had plans for dinner. Mark suggested we take the car to dinner and think about. We did just that and got to have more time with the vehicle. We retuned and I met the owner who was very pleasant as well. Overall, it was a great experience. I had absolutely no intention of buying a car that day. Had it not been for Dale Morrone and Mark Roncone, I would have purchased elsewhere. More
Most unprofessional experience (Matthew/Mark were demeanng) We went in to purchase our 4th Infiniti and have been loyal to the brand for nearly two decades. Our initial sales professional was delightful and easy to work with. We came back the next day after putting down a deposit and were handed off to another individual to finish the transaction. Mark Schoeberlein was the most inexperienced, unprofessional person we have ever met - he had no idea of the documents we were signing, referred to a title transfer as a financing document (we were paying cash), swore, mocked my 75yr old parent and disappeared for lengthy periods of time. Our original sales professional stated that he coached him for over an hour on what to do in advance of our arrival and he still had no idea.. Mark Schoeberlein, in mocking us, giggled condescendly like a child and repeated was playing on his cell phone - very unprofessional. We stepped in to the business office to ask why we were filling out financing documents and were treated rudely by Matthew Murray - even to the point of having the glass door of the office aggressively closed at our face. Mark joined in Matthew’s office and the behavior of the two of them was laughable. This was a simple cash deal of our 4th infiniti at which point Mark childishly and angrily told us to leave and had no idea how to process a refund. The Korallas family owns this and CH locations and the family built a strong and top notch business, however Mark and Matthew shame the name and the brand that has built years and decades of loyalty. I am thankful to some of the awesome talent that this family has employed and the amazing experience they have given to me over the past 3 vehicles, this bred my loyalty. Avoid Matthew and Mark should you wish to have a true brand and family prided experience. This is being reported to Infiniti U.S. consumer affairs as well - they take feedback seriously. More
