Arriving before the posted hours, we were immediately greeted by Adam in the parking lot. He went right to our interests, always answering that he would do whatever we needed to get us the right vehicle. After expertly explaining the car's features, we were ready to finalize the sale, and Adam coordinated the closing with his teammates each doing their parts very professionally. Near the end of the process we noticed a cosmetic defect in the rear seat leather. We were amazed that Adam was able to take care of the seat's replacement on the spot, without even needing us to schedule a maintenance visit! More
