Infiniti of Naperville First of all I will start off with saying that I absolutely hate dealerships and all my prior dealership experiences.....however after meeting Mike an First of all I will start off with saying that I absolutely hate dealerships and all my prior dealership experiences.....however after meeting Mike and working with Infiniti of Naperville to get my used 2014 Q50, I have changed my opinion. Truly exception customer service in any department you work with (sales, service, etc). I have free oil changes for life and warranty until 2020, great deal and a great environment to get your car serviced at. I have had bad experiences with service guys before, but Alex in service was professional and fair and easy to work with. Mike who sold me the car and I never expected to hear from again still follows up with me and greets me when he see me at the dealership. I love my new vehicle, but I am also in love with the dealership I bought it from (and I live 42 minutes away). More
