Excellent first Inifinti experience Back in December on a Saturday we visited Infiniti of Naperville, it was after business hours but Sean Pelkey who was in finance approached us. Answered a few questions and even let us see a QX80 in the lot. Due to this positive experience we decided to come back two weeks later to see pre-owned certified QX60 vehicles. Joe Peters in sales, inquired what we were looking for and we test drove a 2015 QX60, but it wasn't the color and features we were looking for and the type we wanted wasn't in stock. He put no pressure on us to purchase, and since he knew that we were still shopping other make and models; he took down our info. A few days later he made contact to insure that all our questions were answered. He sent a couple of emails throughout the month keeping in touch but we never felt pressured. We were undecided on the QX60 and another vehicle from a different dealership. Christian Lynch happened to make contact yesterday and we informed him what we wanted, and they had it stock. We test drove the 2015 and the 2017 premium plus QX60 models, and we ended up purchasing the 2017. We had a budget and an idea what our trade in was worth; after a few minutes and no haggle they gave us a reasonable trade in value and kept very close to what we wanted to spend. We never had this experience before, I almost felt that it was too smooth, that maybe we missed something or should have negotiated more; but once financing was complete we realized that we did get a great value and experience. Dallas did a good job delivering the vehicle and educating us on the features. Jon Hale explained everything thoroughly and professionally. When we were moving our personal items between vehicles, we were talking to the workers that clean the vehicles (I believe they are called porters) they were very friendly and they shared that the dealership has great owners that care about the employees. We have always been loyal GM customers, but I loved the no hassle experience at this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales people to my family and friends! More

I visited the dealership a few days later and Joe Peters took the time to find the right car for me! Everything was very straightforward. All the complexities of this sale were worked out in advance of my visit (it was an out of state purchase) and everything went off without a hitch. Dallas Carson explained all the "bells and whistles" and got me on my way with the NAV programmed, the iPhone paired, and the seating configurations saved to memory. I've dealt with other dealerships and this was by far the best car buying experience ever! More

Mike and the entire team went way above and beyond to ensure they exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately that is becoming more and more rare these days. This dealership has it figured out! I will likely look to again travel over 300 miles to try to do business with this dealership for any future purchases. It was that much better than anywhere else I have been!!
