Steve Johnson kept us informed while we waited for our pre-ordered car to arrive and it arrived in the window of dates he gave us. Ryan Indelicato did a great job explaining all the features of my new 2013 JX and made me feel like I really could call him when questions come up. He also took his time and I did not feel rushed even though it was a Saturday and I know they were busy. Most impressive was the fact that when we came in to sign all of the paperwork it was prepared ahead of time so when we met with finance we were in and out of his office in 10 minutes! More
