Though other Infiniti dealers are closer to my home in Lincolnwood, I drive the 40+ minutes to do business with Infiniti of Naperville because they have always treated me like family. Other dealers could learn from them just what excellent customer service really is. I just wish Infiniti still made a full size sedan, like my Q70 that I bought off lease because they stopped making it, as I would have leased a new one from Randy Chin at Infiniti of Naperville.
