Doug Cameron was fantastic in April of 2020 helping get our 2013 Infiniti JX fixed up so my son could drive it safely. However, my Feb 6 to Feb 9th was awful. Wipers were not working so told to bring in a our 2013 Infiniti JX fixed up so my son could drive it safely. However, my Feb 6 to Feb 9th was awful. Wipers were not working so told to bring in and get the linkage screw tightened. Unfortunately, the linkage was broken and would need to leave the car over the weekend. Fantastic that they had a loaner so I did not have to Uber back home 20 minutes. Waited until 2PM Monday for a call, after not getting a call, I called Infiniti Service and was told that my service rep was out for the week. Wonder if anyone would have called me? I authorized repair of the wiper linkage and declined "additional service items". When I went to pick up my car Tuesday afternoon (14 degrees outside) they asked if I had filled the car with gas. I would have been happy to fill the tank if someone had told me to do this (it is in the fine print of the agreement they give to customers). The $500 estimate was not reduced by the approx. $50 agreed upon savings since we did not need new wipers. Now I see a charge on my credit card for $24.40 from Infiniti for gas which was not authorized by me. Be careful when dealing with this service center. More
