Cara was able to address all my questions and concerns. When I arrived at the dealership Cara met me at the door and introduced me to Henry. The car was right there ready for a test drive. After the drive I sat down with Henry and we were able to come to an agreement on the terms. I felt the car was reasonably priced and working with Henry there was no pressure to buy. I would make the drive there again for my next Infiniti. More

His adamance about how I filled out the post purchase surveys was unfortunate, and it ruined the entire purchase experience for me He doesn’t care about the customer, only ratings. When I expressed that his survey was not my number one concern or issue — and should not be his — he abruptly stopped the conversation, turned his back, and walked away from me. The only thing he needed from me was a good rating. The only thing he needed for me was a good rating. I don’t remember his name, but Keith was there and can fill in that box. Keith gets a five out of five. If any of this is disputed buy this manager, please call me. I would love to set the record straight. Just a pathetic way to end the buying experience.
