The Service Department at Infiniti of Southbay has been great. It is easy to make a service appointment and they take you in right away (I usually get an early appointment time). I had to travel almost an hour because all the infinity dealers in my area are now closed. I was told it would take 90 minutes to replace the air bag I took off the morning from my medical practice And wa dealers in my area are now closed.
