In my mind, a car dealer is only as good as its service department, and Danny is the best service representative I have ever worked with. I’ve actually told him I’d stop buying cars from Infiniti if he ever left. He is professional, 100% trustworthy and truly likes to help people with their cars. He’s great at building actual relationships with customers in what we all know to be a very fickle business and he’s never without a smile and handshake. After you buy a car, the service department is critical to the quality of your car experience. Danny Solarzano was and continues to be my phenomenal service department advocate every time I have been in to get my 2008 G35 Infiniti serviced. He leaves no stone unturned regarding any service experience for my Infinti. He goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything that needs to be done is done and he always takes time to interpret and help me understand everything going on with my car.
