My wife had bought from Ide Honda twice before and when it was time for her to get a new car, it was natural that she should chose Ide. We met Al Gleichauf when we went to look around and straight away, we were at ease with him. We told him that we were not ready to commit there and then and he said "ok, look around, I will be ready if you need to know anything" He was as good as his word. My wife decided eventually to get a CRV and everything went smoothly. Al was always available, even on his day off, we were able to text him and get any question that we had answered. Fast forward a couple of months and I was looking to get an SUV. Naturally Al was the man we went to see. Although I bought a Mazda CX5, we wanted to deal with Al, simply because we trusted him. true to form, he made everything go smoothly. even when I was probably pestering him more than I should have. I cannot speak too highly of Al Gleichauf. He was a pleasure to work with. We laughed, joked, shared stories and by the time we picked up my car, it was like we were meeting and old and dear friend. We were greeted by Al, and what a pleasure - right from the start! He makes things easy, and he is professional in every way. I'm really enjoying my CR-V! Then, 2 months later, we came back to Al when my husband wanted to purchase a used vehicle from Ide Dealerships. He was so very helpful with this transaction, as well as helping us with some after sale care. We cannot recommend Al highly enough! He is a great guy, and a great business person who provided the absolute best car buying experience I've had in my lifetime of car purchases (and that's quite a few years! lol. Thank you Al! I must say after buying cars for 40 years, this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Brad was very attentive, listened to what I wanted and within about one hour, I left having made the deal. He was also great when I picked up the car, he went over everything I did not know about the car and I drove away very pleased. I have already referred two people to Brad at Ide Honda and they have also lead new Hondas from him. Rockstar customer service I recently bought a 2018 Odyssey from Ide Honda and I cannot praise the team there enough. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Id I recently bought a 2018 Odyssey from Ide Honda and I cannot praise the team there enough. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Ide Honda and both times I had a great experience. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and they gave me a good price on my new vehicle. I was upfront with what I wanted and where I needed to be price wise and Joe (Preteroti) made it happen. Joe was very welcoming and knowledgeable and best of all he was efficient. I have three kids, so having a minute to breathe without someone pulling and yelling for my help is precious, and I appreciated respectful Joe was off that. When I picked up my new car Joe sat in the passenger seat and went through the immediate "need to know" features (the new odyssey is amazing it has so much technology) so that I could get home. Joe never rushed me and he was willing to go over as much or as little as I wanted to . He also told me to call him anytime if I wanted to come in again to go through the features more in depth. Ken from the finance department was also very helpful and efficient. He had the documents prepared , answered my questions, and I was on my way with my awesome new car! So if you are looking for a new car I would highly recommend Ide Honda they give excellent costumer service and they truly do what they can to give the customer what they want. Joe went the extra mile and I will definitely send family and friends his way when they are looking for a new car. I have cycled through several makes of cars and Honda has hands down been the best.
