I purchased my Accord & My Mother-in-law's Accord from Brad in 2009 and traded in my Wife's Civic for a new one just recently. Prior to that my company had leased an Accord as well. Not wanting any stickers on the car and needing the inspection & registration stickers placed precisely where I wanted them were the tip of the iceberg. Throughout the sales processes and after Brad still continues to be a trusted and reliable source. He has a winning attitude and not only would I recommend him specifically but I would also not deal with any one else for my next vehicle. More

Before I got to Dick Ide Honda, I first went in person to two other car dealers, one of which was totally unfriendly and made me run out. I then requested online a quote from 4 other car dealers, among which two other car dealers, one of which was totally unfriendly and made me run out. I missed our appointment and when I arrived, although he had other clients he managed to receive me. I had reference prices of used and new cars from other car dealers, and he took some time to compare those of Dick Ide Honda and to explain me the differences (by visiting the other dealers’ websites). I decided I will go for a lease, and kept contacting other car dealers to get the best offer. Again, Ken was the most convincing, and promised me to "get the numbers". And that's what actually happened... In the end, with Ken Strimple we always feel it like "Yes, we Ken"! Everybody else was also very professional and friendly. Paul Stojanov took a very good care to explain me the financing procedure and the car insurance requirements. He also called my co-signer in Washington D.C., talked to him, answered his questions, and got me DMV locations and addresses. My 6 points of ID and my co-signer package arrived late, not to mention that I had no idea on when I'll receive my last proof of ID. Still, Ken arranged a last-minute delivery, as I needed my car urgently. The delivery appointment was very relaxed and funny, the receptionist called me by my name, and overall it was like I knew people there for a long time. More

Nick was very personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. More importantly, he was not high pressure, but provided information to help us better understand the vehicle we ultimately ended up purchasing. We have also been servicing our previous car at the dealership (we had purchased the vehicle in Virginia before moving here). We have been thoroughly impressed with teh service department and it one of teh main reasons we chose to walk in the door to actually purchase a new vehicle. Bottom line - servce sells. More

I have been bringing my Hondas to Dick Ide for over 15 years because I like their Service Department. I started with Mark Frey as a Service Rep and moved to Jim Milella when Mark became Manager. I am very pleased with the way this Service Department is run and with the way Jim Milella handles my account. I trust him to give me good advice on my cars and to help me keep them in good condition so they last well. My 98 Accord has 150,000 miles and my daughter's 03 Civic has about 70,000 miles. We love both cars, and my next car purchase will be another Accord from Dick Ide especially because I want to stay with this Service Department. I especially like that Jim takes the time to explain my car's repairs to me and gives me the information I need to make any decisions about service. I never feel like I am being over-serviced or patronized, common complaints I hear from other women about their car experiences (not at Dick Ide!). Jim is so friendly and knowledgable and patient, and he always makes sure I have the advantage of my coupons or discounts. If there is a rating you have for Service Providers Jim Milella should have the highest rating! One other thing I love about this Service Department is that I can arrange to get a free loaner car when I book my service in advance. This is a great service! Thank you. More

I had not purchased a new car since 2002, and have never purchased a new car on my own. So needless to say I was extremely nervous about the whole process. This was the best car purchasing experience I ever had. I got a Honda 4 wheeldrive Crosstour-simply a great car. Rick Damico, my salesman, was friendly, wonderful to work with and very professional. I was also introduced to the service team and Rick spent plenty of time going over all the features of my car with me. They also sponsor a new car clinic (which I unfortunately missed) to make sure you understand all the neat things your car can do. Additionally, I had some minor body work done on my car for about $90. and when I picked up the car, they had washed it and it was spotless. I spent thosands of dollars on service for my Volvo and Best Volvo never washed my car. This is the perfect dealership for cynics and burn-outs who think no one gives great service anymore.I think that says it all. More
