TOP NOTCH I came into the dealership after having visited a few. When all was signed and we were getting ready to leave, the manager Roberto came out and introduced himself to us and shook both of our hands. Unfortunately for me, I broke my ankle in the middle of the process of buying this car. Brad worked with me to negotiate a great deal and even came to the hospital to complete the deal so that I would not lose this great deal/car. After the sale, Brad continued to go above and beyond by meeting with me weeks later when I was finally able to drive my new car to go over specifics of the various features of my new car. He assured me to call him whenever I have any questions, and he has followed through anytime I have called - getting back to me soon after I contact him. I have never had such a great experience with any other car/dealership/salesperson in my life.
