Our family has purchased 3 Hondas from Ide Honda so far (a used CR-V, a used Pilot and a new Ridgeline) and have always dealt with Brad. He does an excellent job. He sells you what you want and doesn't try to over-sell you with options you don't need. He gave me a good price for my trade-in - without the "I'll have to go check with my manager" line. He's what a car salesman should be ! And if you have a problem with a used vehicle from them, they make it right. I actually never even considered going to any other dealership and probably never will. More

If you want to feel good... go to Ide Honda/R Damico I had 3 days to decide on and buy a car. On the first day I went to twelve dealerships, at some of which no sales people bothered to get up when I ca I had 3 days to decide on and buy a car. On the first day I went to twelve dealerships, at some of which no sales people bothered to get up when I came in (even when they weren't working with anyone!), made me wait 10 minutes for anyone to approach me, or acted like they were doing me a favor to speak with me. Not so at Ide Honda. You are greeted immediately by the front receptionist and if a dealer sees you coming into the dealership through the window they are waiting at the front door as you enter. Rick was waiting and genuinely pleasant and upbeat. When I was ready to buy I wanted to make the deal with Rick rather than a competitor with the same price. It wasn't just that he knew the car and was able to answer all my questions - it was that in dealing with him I had a good time rather than being stressed and anxious. It was well worth the few extra seconds to go back to Ide. And when I picked up the car the next day he patiently explained everything in the car. I haven't owned a car in 20 years so let's just say I wasn't quite up to speed. He treated each question with respect. When I started this process I did not realize how important that salesperson would be to my experience of buying a car. So now I have a great car and a great memory of buying my car.
