Everyone at IDE made my experience very smooth and pleasant. Spencer was great and answered all my questions and helped me to realize that I didn’t need to get the top model to have all the options I pleasant. The sales manager Joe was professional and helped explain the financing process. Bo made filling out all the finance paperwork very simple and quick. Even quicker if you call ahead for a test drive on a specific vehicle. The vehicle will be ready to test drive upon arrival. Sales professional Dave Ruzhansky was very knowledgeable and when in the browsing stage was able to provide all the information on pricing including warranty pricing in a quick manner. There was no buggy app software to deal with to get pricing like the other dealer down the road. And when you are done at Ide, you can drive down the road to Leo's bakery and Deli, where all the food is great. More
