Hola, mi nombre es Carlos. Compré un vehículo en esta tienda hace dos semanas y no quiero seguir con este negocio. Yo llame el banco y me dijeron que puedo salirme de este vehículo teniendo en cuenta que el dealer confirma la cancelación como no he estado en posesión y también no he hecho el primer pago. El dealer no quiere seguir con el procedimiento de cancelar el negocio. Estoy escribiendo esto para tratar de estar en contacto con un representante del dealer. Estoy muy enojado porque nadie estaba dispuesto a ayudarme allá sobre este caso cuando tengo toda esta información del banco. Si no me dan una contesta voy a tener que involucrar un procurador general porque ya estoy cansado de no recibir ayuda. Gracias, Carlos Hello my Name Is Carlos. I called the bank and they told me that I can get out of this vehicle considering that the dealer confirms the cancellation as I have not been in possession and I have also not made the first payment. The dealer does not want to continue with the procedure of canceling the deal. I am writing this to try to get in touch with a representative of the dealer. I am very angry because no one was willing to help me there about this case when I have all this information from the bank.
