Recently purchased a car at Imperial Toyota in Milford MA. Car brought in for a simple repair job and we were unable to get any information about the status for well over a day. Talked to Jarrett from Se MA. Car brought in for a simple repair job and we were unable to get any information about the status for well over a day. Talked to Jarrett from Service Department. He went above & beyond to get the updated status to us and to facilitate the completion of the repair in a timely manner. Extremely helpful. More
