I don't like dealing with dealer especially when they can be PUSHY when you're just looking. I had no intention on purchasing anything because there's nothing wrong with my Highlander. Hany Arian was kind, nice and most of all not PUSHY. I told him what I liked thinking there's no way they will have it for the price I was willing to pay IF they give me what I wanted for my Highlander if I was to sell.
