After wrestling with some other dealerships who played the usual high-pressure bait and switch sales games, the staff at Ira Toyota was refreshingly straightforward, honest and clear throughout, going the extra mile to answer my questions and make the deal. Special call-out to Sales Manager Michael Rebelo, who went above and beyond, as well as Michael Gonzales, who drove four hours round-trip to help deliver my vehicle.
