Came with one set of keys and we had to pay for the second set from a jeep dealer, was told there was two sets. It cost us over $300 out of pocket. Not Cool. Our salesman Johnny was great!! I am very disappointed. It took 3:15 minutes for an oil change. I was also supposed to have the recalls completed only to be told they didn’t have the parts. I spent the majority of my Saturday for a basic oil change that I could have gotten anywhere. Very dissatisfied. I was told by the service manager that they couldn’t do anything about what happened but would detail my car next time I came in. Too little too late. More

Waited 10 minutes after pulling in while 7 customer service reps were at their station and there wasn't any other cars there except the car that was waiting next to me, they were there before me.
