Phelan Dodge to complete a deal trade up from my 2014 Challenger to a 2015 Challenger. This is my 4th Challenger (all from Svet) in the last 5 years. The experience was outstanding as usual. I also purchased a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter at Xmas time and again Svet hit a homerun on the deal. Svet has become like a member of the family at this point. He is beyond fair and accommodating. He always works a fair deal and works directly with the customers understading of the process. I am a mopar guy and Svet will be my salesman as long as he employed there. Two added items: The addision of Tom Phelan has somehow made the experience even better. It feels like it did a year ago when Jimmy was one of the managers (R.I.P., Jimmy). More

He understood that we had a certain monthly payment price as my husband would be having major spine surgery and would be out of work for a while healing - we needed to assure that we kept the monthly payments where we knew we could pay during this rough patch approaching. We also did not want to drive away in a vehicle that we could afford but didn't love. In today's world, you want to "shop" around, which we did extensively online. We still felt that we were getting the best deals with some of the nicest folks at Jack Phelan. More

The last time I purchased a car they valued my trade 8k below market. I ended up making a good deal, but afterwards I regretted no going somewhere else. Jack Phelan was upfront with their pricing. Their prices are listed on their website. When I inquired about an price it was even better. Svet my salesman was awesome. He knew the car in and out. He showed me things three other salesman hadn't. We had a deal within 30 minutes of my arrival at the dealer. He then expedited the rest of the process. As you know this has the potential to drag on for hours. The Phelan team responded, and I was out the door with my new Durango RT quicker then I thought possible. No regrets this time. Overall best dealer/salesman combo I have encountered. Thank Svet More

Best Deal Ever on the R/T After researching for the specific model and options, I narrowed down to 4 dealers. I called the Jack Phelan Dodge dealer at 1:00 pm on 02/12/15 and After researching for the specific model and options, I narrowed down to 4 dealers. I called the Jack Phelan Dodge dealer at 1:00 pm on 02/12/15 and spoke to Kelly about a specific stock # and she explained the options thoroughly. After hanging up, Andy contacted me and we began discussing prices and available incentives for a loyal Dodge customer like me. I immediately learned that Andy had tremendous knowledge about the 2015 Dodge Caravan R/T and explained the options. It was refreshing to know that the sales person knew more than me. Many sales rep at other dealer have limited knowledge about the vehicles they sell. Just then I knew this vehicle was the one for me (or my company). Then I began to mess with the sales rep. Saying things like, "I may have to take my business to Sherman Dealer if I was not treated better," and " I demand better deal as a loyal customer." Of course I was kidding and Andy had a good sense of humor abut it. I asked them to run the numbers and if the numbers worked out, then we would make the transaction on Friday. Andy soon contacted me with a best price out of all the dealers I contacted. I was so happy to hear the deal that I told him to knock off another $400 then I would be there within the hour to sign the papers. I was there at 03:45 PM. Best part of Andy was that he told me not to come in until we are approved for the special financing through Chrysler Financial. A sales person not pressuring me to get in to the dealer until he was certain I was going to have the confirmed approval from the Chrysler financial. That was refreshing not getting pressured. Through my companies, this is our 12th automobile purchase in 17 years and a third Dodge. I had to drive past 9 Dodge dealers to get to Countryside but I spent less than an hour at the dealer. I was out by 04:30 PM and that was very nice. Fresh coffee was nice too! Thank you Andy, Kelly, Gordon and Jesse. You are my new favorite Dodge team! .You can be sure that when the lease is up on my VW Jetta in March 2016, I will be here to get the best deal on a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Time goes fast and when the time comes, I expect the best deal then too. Now if Andy is as smart as i think he is, he would call me at end of March 2016 to sell me the Cherokee Trailhawk!
