Nightmare On La Grange St. Let me start by saying if I could give them no stars I would. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and it stalled on the highway, and had to be towed to this Let me start by saying if I could give them no stars I would. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and it stalled on the highway, and had to be towed to this god forsaken dealership. That was only the beginning of the nightmare to follow, they called me first to say it was probably because I needed my 15,000 mile service. As if I am supposed to believe a 2019 Jeep would stall on the highway because of a tire rotation and what not, and I do keep up with service I even make sure to use better oil then the dealership themselves. They refused to give me a loaner car until the date of my appointment which was two days out, fine I waited. The day of the appointment I still was not able to get a loaner because "they needed to verify that it was nothing I had done". The jeep had no type of damage what so ever so what could I have possibly done. I called 3 times that day and nothing was done or answered. The following day I called again and magically my Jeep is working and they "CLEARED" the issues. Not fixed just cleared. That all my Jeep needed was a computer update. I was not very happy with this response so as I am explaining to the "service advisor" that there is no way a 2019 Jeep should leave me stranded on the highway over a computer update he says "I don't believe that is the cause of the Jeep just stopping on the highway" only to then proceed to tell me to come pick it up. How am I supposed to ever feel safe or comfortable in the brand new Jeep that I have after hearing that. Against my better judgement I went to pick up the Jeep only to be ignored and then given attitude by what seemed like everyone in this dealership. They gave me the key and said "Your jeep is somewhere out front" now other people are having their car brought inside the garage and its all clean and they are being shown that the problem was taken care of, I on the other hand did not receive this treatment. My Jeep has a huge scratch on the driver door and handle which I would assume is the reason nobody brought my Jeep inside, it was so dirty and smelled so bad that I had to drive with the windows open in 40 degree weather. I don't even want to look at that 2019 Jeep much less get inside of it. What an absolute shame. I don't even know what else to say or who else to voice my experience to because it seems like everyone is just covering up for each other, providing the same horrible service and making customers feel uncomfortable and ruining their cars. More

Service advisor looks down on you and is non responsive I brought in my 2014 Jep Wrangler for warranty repairs (air bag) and had a issue with my seatbelt alarm. I was told after 4 years of owning the vehic I brought in my 2014 Jep Wrangler for warranty repairs (air bag) and had a issue with my seatbelt alarm. I was told after 4 years of owning the vehicle a zip tie was too tight and was causing the problem. The service advisor was smiling that when I asked if there was a charge and had to pay over $160. I argued my point but was forced into paying if I ever wanted to get my vehicle back. Then several weeks later I received a text message from Scott @ Jack Phelan if I was pleased with my appointment, I expressed my displeasure to him via text message and he didn't even have the courtesy for a response. Very unprofessional!! More

Ignorant service manager Took my vehicle 2018 Jeep compass to get serviced for the second time for the same concern. No loaner can be given until diagnosed. Service advisor Mike gave no updates on the first day I left my vehicle. I would call and the response was the same “your vehicle is next or the tech is not here”. On the third day I called every two hours for an update and was told they will give me a loaner then got the call it was ready. one thing was not fixed because it was not “covered under warranty” on a 2018 with 25,693 miles because apparently warranty doesn’t cover something I myself “did”. Requested to see my vehicle and for them to show me the problem I was able to see that what they said was broken was not but they wanted to charge me to fix it because they claim it was broken. They said if they take it apart and its not broken they won’t charge. Spoke to the manager Rick Hiller who was rude and would not let me talk. He did all the talking and listened very little to what we had to say. He was raising his voice at me instead of trying to talk and give great customer service. I asked him to walk with me so I can show him that what they said was broken was not and he would not even bend over to take a look and was just saying “if we take it apart and there broken you are paying us, deal?” I said there not broken look in there but he was just rude and ignoring us. He said we were just trying to get something free from them. I have never felt so humiliated by a “professional” I hope Chrysler sees what kind of management they have running their dealers. I DO NOT recommend Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge RAM of countryside to anyone this place is a joke. More

The fact that I was on my way to my grandmother's funeral did not seem to put any rush on the order and as of 24 hours later, they still have my car. Terrible customer service! Would not recommend bringing my car to this service center to anyone. More

Very helpful, they keep me informed on my car, they’ve gone out of their way to help me with difficult repairs and always very pleasant and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way to keep me a happy customer. Scott even while on vacation has kept me informed on my car. Needless to say, they’re great! Service time and appointments are out of their control but how they deal with me while I wait in the dealer or if I leave my car has always been top notch. I am truly grateful. More
