Let me start by saying if I could give them no stars I would. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and it stalled on the highway, and had to be towed to this god forsaken dealership. That was only the beginning of the nightmare to follow, they called me first to say it was probably because I needed my 15,000 mile service. As if I am supposed to believe a 2019 Jeep would stall on the highway because of a tire rotation and what not, and I do keep up with service I even make sure to use better oil then the dealership themselves. They refused to give me a loaner car until the date of my appointment which was two days out, fine I waited. The day of the appointment I still was not able to get a loaner because "they needed to verify that it was nothing I had done". The jeep had no type of damage what so ever so what could I have possibly done. I called 3 times that day and nothing was done or answered. The following day I called again and magically my Jeep is working and they "CLEARED" the issues. Not fixed just cleared. That all my Jeep needed was a computer update. I was not very happy with this response so as I am explaining to the "service advisor" that there is no way a 2019 Jeep should leave me stranded on the highway over a computer update he says "I don't believe that is the cause of the Jeep just stopping on the highway" only to then proceed to tell me to come pick it up. How am I supposed to ever feel safe or comfortable in the brand new Jeep that I have after hearing that. Against my better judgement I went to pick up the Jeep only to be ignored and then given attitude by what seemed like everyone in this dealership. They gave me the key and said "Your jeep is somewhere out front" now other people are having their car brought inside the garage and its all clean and they are being shown that the problem was taken care of, I on the other hand did not receive this treatment. My Jeep has a huge scratch on the driver door and handle which I would assume is the reason nobody brought my Jeep inside, it was so dirty and smelled so bad that I had to drive with the windows open in 40 degree weather. I don't even want to look at that 2019 Jeep much less get inside of it. What an absolute shame. I don't even know what else to say or who else to voice my experience to because it seems like everyone is just covering up for each other, providing the same horrible service and making customers feel uncomfortable and ruining their cars.
