"Routine service & brake pads & rotors"

The service was good. I did have to stand outside my vehicle for a few mins before I was asked to come in to sit in a cool office. But after those few minutes the service was good point forward and was contacted quickly regarding my services & vehicle was completed in a very timely manner. I would just suggest that if the individual is not immediately available that the appointment was booked with to offer the service of another service representative. Give the customer the choice of whether they would like to wait for a specific representative or not.

"Kendall my salesman did a spectacular job "

Jackie cooper is the only place to go if you want to have a great experience buying your new or preowned Mercedes. Kendall is a great salesman very personable and knowledgeable about his product. Chuck the sales manager did an awesome job making us a deal we could not refuse. The whole staff that I came in contact with from the guy that detailed our new Mercedes to the sales staff were very welcoming and gracious if you don't go here for your auto purchase your cutting yourself short.

I live in Dallas and Brian at Jackie Cooper Imports helped me buy a G550. He was very helpful by sending me many photos, and went over every aspect of the car with me by phone before I drove 4 hours to see it. I was very please with my experience and would do business with Brian again. I appreciated the great communication since I was buying a car out of town.
