I used TrueCar in conjunction with my lender NFCU looking for a 2024 or 25 Frontier 4 seat KingCab. Bob Howard in OKC had one advertised but was sold even though they emailed me that morning that it was ther for a 2024 or 25 Frontier 4 seat KingCab. Joe Simmons emailed me all the information and we actually negotiated price before I left to drive Tulsa. Joe Simmons is a Great person first and salesman second. Give him a raise!!! Sales Manager was not communicating a problem they had and left me hanging. Joe was not sure what the issue was. Also Nobody could tell me what TrueCar was and how it would relate to truck sale. I asked Joe to give me a couple of business cards so I could recommend him. I enjoyed most of the people I worked with. Joe was the highlight... a perfect 10!!! More

I am an executive in my company, and I hope that I don't come across that fake. Another deciding factor to purchase our 4th Nissan was service advisor Eric Eldorado. He was a factor in our decision to stay with Nissan as servicing my vehicle and having a repour with my advisor is very important to me. One issue was the gas tank was between 3/4 and full but not a full tank. I expected a full tank and will look to Jackie Cooper Nissan to fill it up on my first oil change wherever it is at the time. QT was only 2 blocks away while I waited 90 minutes to sign paper work. More
