We arrived on a Tuesday night and met with Alex and explained our situation and he worked with us on finding a used vehicle and made the experience so smooth and simple by allowing us to text him photo explained our situation and he worked with us on finding a used vehicle and made the experience so smooth and simple by allowing us to text him photos of our current vehicle. He truly won us over by meeting with us on his day off to ensure we would be able to purchase the vehicle we needed. We went in looking at a used vehicle and left with a new vehicle with payments that were in the price range we wanted. He was helpful and kept us informed about the ability to move up from used to new and wasn't pushy or forceful just a pleasure to work with. MJ Amini, from the Management Department wowed us when explained the payment options, but told us he could do better and lived up to his word by showing us a 13% rate at the beginning and didn't want us to have a rate that high and went to find a better one. Ten minutes later he came back with a 5.4% rate and shocked us both. We were looking at other Nissan dealerships and came to Jackie Cooper before we ended our search on that Tuesday night and we're so glad we did. More
