My search for a Leaf began on line and shortly after looking at Jackie Cooper Nissan's website I received an email with a short video attached from John Antloger. The video was a short trip around the Leaf that I had seen on their website. He was very friendly and did a good job of showing the car. We continued to negoitate the purchase by email until time to meet in person and see the car. When my daughter and I arrived he came right out to meet us and when we told him that we were there to see the Leaf he went in to get the keys (smartkey) and sent us off on a test drive. And what a sweet drive it was. The car far exceeded my expectations. After we returned to the dealership (and because of Covid-19) we completed the buying process at a table outside, at our request. The dealing was easy and fair and the trade-in offer ended up being acceptable. Now I am the owner of a 2020 Nissan Leaf and couldn't be happier. More

It almost lead to a " walk away" even though we had been shopping for 2 days with several days of preceeding research. Also, the chance to put up to $ 5000 on a credit card for completing the purchase was not mentioned - I saw it when I read about the documentary fee. I'm old, and " country " I feel a price at the end of dealing should be the price on the bottome line, not snuck in as an administrative or other fee. As I said, it almost stopped the purchase. If " Joe " and " Eric " had not been .so helpful , I would have stopped the sale. More
