I recently bought a Mazda Miata that I had seen online. I had looked up the trade-in value for my car on your site, Michael Scott called me the next day and we set up a time to meet. When I came into the sho had looked up the trade-in value for my car on your site, Michael Scott called me the next day and we set up a time to meet. When I came into the showroom Michael came out to greet me and we sat down and talked about what I wanted for my car and what I expected to finance. Then he got the key to the Miata and we test drove and when we got back, the offer on my car was in and it was exactly what I had expected. Deal done. After I finished my business with Heath in the office (who was quite easy to work with), Micheal showed me how the telescopic steering wheel worked and connected my phone to the radio. (Above and beyond!) Then on top of that while I was on my way back to Bartlesville, Michael called me and told me I had left my stuff from my old car and he would hold it for me, or send it if I wasn't coming back to Tulsa soon. My son-in-law and grandson are both auto salesmen, I hope their customers have as good an experience with them as I had with my trip to Jackie Cooper.
