Best Customer Service I had the extreme pleasure of working with Nihad from the Nissan dealership. We were introduced by his finance manager who happens to be a friend of I had the extreme pleasure of working with Nihad from the Nissan dealership. We were introduced by his finance manager who happens to be a friend of mine. Nihad spent several hours with me at the end of June test driving all types of sedans and SUV's from all 3 lots. The timing wasn't good but he stayed in touch with me and when I returned he spent several more hours trying to get me financed, but with my self employment it was giving us obstacles. In the mean time I went to another dealership across the street and had an utter nightmare for 2 weeks. I finally went through my credit union and came back to Nihad and once again received top notch service from Nihad, Michael Knotts and Pearce Woolery. If you're looking for a team that truly goes the extra mile, who keeps the relationship going, who makes sure you get the best deal these guys are the team. Excellent Service I brought my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked that my Blue Tooth be examined as I have had difficulty with it and my liftga I brought my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. After the dealership had my car for a few hours they discovered that it had an additional problem and they fixed it as well. I had great communication from Victor about how the repairs were coming and when I would get my car back. I highly recommend this dealership! More
