Joe Simmons is the best when it comes to continually offering high-level customer service at Jackie Cooper Nissan. I purchased my Nissan Sentra through Joe about six or seven years ago, and he has gone offering high-level customer service at Jackie Cooper Nissan. I purchased my Nissan Sentra through Joe about six or seven years ago, and he has gone over and beyond to help me whenever I needed a service repair or feedback regarding a decision with my car. Just recently he helped me with a major issue with my car due to getting bad gas from a gas station, and I have been very pleased. Also, shout out to Erik Eldorado, the Service Advisor at Jackie Cooper. He is top-notch notch too, and consistently has delivered incredible service!!!
