We spoke to the manager about certifying this vehicle, as it was a nonstarter if it was not inspected and certified. Unfortunately, I am not so sure that an inspection was done. The tires weren't aired up (30psi v 35 psi). This seems like a basic practice when selling a car. It was also supposed to be detailed but it was only lightly vacuumed. I cleaned the screens in the back because they were so caked with something that the touchscreens didn't work. I wiped down the dash and the console but left the sticky residue on the seats and the crumbs in the crevices of the console for the dealership to correct. I put on new windshield wipers because the wipers that came on it were chewed up. I feel like I should take the rims off to inspect the brakes. I am looking at the document that I signed at closing that says an inspection was completed, but there is proof otherwise. The question is, if these easy things did not get done, did anything get done on the inspection sheet? Overall, the sales experience was good, but the service, so far, leaves a lot to be desired. My experience at Jackie Cooper was amazing until I paid for my vehicle then the communication stopped and they didn't fulfill their promises. I have adjusted the rating of my experience at Jackie Cooper from 2 stars to 4 after they did end up fulfilling the things that were promised. I took off one star because it wouldn't have happened unless I had push to make it happen. More

THE RESPONSE IS BRING IT IN AND WE WILL SUBMIT IT TO NISSAN AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY "WE DO NOT CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF THE CV JOINT IS COVERED.
