I wish I could say the same for the actual vehicle. I drove BMW, Audi, Infiniti, and Porsche for decades and finally decided to go a bit more conservative and try an Acura. My logic was this is a Honda product and surely it is going to be a quality product. This car, a 2020 RDX, is a decent car to drive, however the nagging problems, poor build quality, and software bugs in all of the systems (not just the infotainment nightmare) have made the ownership experience, well... let's just say disappointing. Would I ever buy an Acura again? Mmmm... not so sure. I'm pretty disappointed in the overall quality of the product. Not sure where the 'precision' is in the 'precision crafted performance' in this vehicle. This is in no way a reflection on Jackson Acura. To the contrary, the sales experience and service experience have been very - very - good. I wish Jackson had a Porsche store. I've been toying about washing my hands of this Acura in favor of a Macan. At least I know the product will be a higher quality....... More
