He was fine to begin with, until it was time to pay. Quote had gone up to $725, I questioned why? He came back to tell me he is not sure why Ayseha gave a quote of $449. He agreed to go check. Came back to say he will honor $449. What I did not like was he made is sound as if he was doing me a favor, and he had lots of things to work on and didnt have time for me. I waited for 3 hours to get my repair when he told me it would be fixed in 1.5 hours. I felt there was no respect for my time and my money. I any not come to your store again, outside of Ayseha I have never felt welcomed. Everyone seems to be unhappy working there. More

Service for power steering pump I was qouted $550 to replace the power steering pump (after market) on my Acura TSX ($400 parts and $150 labor). Jackson was getting the part from Napa that only charges $159 for the part plus you get $60 back when you return the core to them. I understand that the dealership usually has an upcharge, but this excessive. They allowed me to buy the part, but then I was told it didn't work when they put it on and they wanted me to pay for the labor a second time. My advisor did her best to explain and eventually I was able to get the car repaired. This is by far still my favorite Acura Dealership and I will continue to do business with them. I do suggest that as a consumer do your homework if you are dealing with the service department because they dont seem to be as forthcoming as they used to be. More
